Our brains and our bodies are evolved to position ourselves well to the water. Blue Mind refers to the mildly meditative sense that we have when we are in, on or near the water.
When humans become near to the water their breathing rate slows, heart rate slows and skin temperature cools - enabling their senses to shift to blue mind, preparing the body and the brain to calm down and get in the water.

During this workshop you will be diving deeper into poses, stretching and lengthening those sore wakeboard muscles, and having a relaxing morning on the dock. This workshop is open to all levels.
